By accessing and using the Renéri Couture website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Products are subject to availability.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and EFT payments.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver products within the estimated timeframes. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Renéri Couture and are protected by South African and international intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renéri Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
